On our way to Paris we had the opportunity to stop and stay
in Avignon and Tours, France. It was AMAZING. Here’s a few things we learned:
In our next life we are going to live in Avignon and
participate in the Jet Ski competitions
The overlook of Avignon was sublime
A BYU group attending church in a foreign country can be
quite the experience. We double the congregation and are quite overwhelming.
Going to castles makes you feel like a Disney Princess…. We
still are looking for all of our Prince Charmings.
We love stripes. Stripes crew for life
Matching is an everyday occurrence
Shoulder pictures will never get old
Waltzing in front of a castle is epic
The shrubbery is quite comforting. Hug it
Sidney and Stan aka Ford would make a darling couple.
Sidney says that she wants to marry Avignon
Every time we pass a stay off the grass sign we have the
need to quote the scene in The Princess Diaries when the loudspeaker says “Stay
off the grass” in multiple languages
Doorways are not very tall
Mazes will forever remind us Harry Potter 4. We were just
waiting for Voldemort to come get us
