"We're Down in London Town"

We made it. After a long day of traveling we’re finally in England. Of course we started out the trip matching (accidentally of course) and had some jolly good times on the way here. Mel decided she wants to befriend a “Romish” person and we’ve all made goals to come back with British accents.

Our first flight had 10ish missionaries en route to Ghana. The church is true everyone. Don’t mind our creepy picture with them in the back.

We had a layover in New York and so we had to give a shout out to Dal Pal. Sure love that kid. He was only 10ish miles away. So close yet so far.

The sunset as we were flying out was one of the prettiest sights we have ever seen. With the perfect New York backdrop and the fading sun it was something we’ll never forget! Unfortunately we don’t have a picture that does it justice. But it was the perfect farewell from Amuurica

We didn’t fall asleep once on the plane and surprisingly we’re doing better than could be expected. Mel got really giddy about everything and she’s only gotten hangry once. She’s a little excited. We decided to take the tube with all of our luggage. That was an adventure. Manda only got like 12 blisters and Mel freaked out with excitement every time they said “Mind the Gap,” but we successfully made it past the stairs and got to the London center 3 hours later. We are thinking about and missing Briana lots. Wish you were here. Come visit :)

We then went on a little jaunt to Kensington Gardens. It is seriously so beautiful. We are falling more and more in love with this place every minute.

The architecture and houses are AMAZING. The London center is right in the center of this beautiful street and is super awesome- too bad it’s getting remodeled so we can’t stay here, but we know the townhouses will be equally amazing.

And who doesn’t love the Royal couple and their baby. Manda might be a little obsessed. It is her life goal to meet them. This one’s for you Nat.

We are on a bus to our hotel and Cat has decided she has 3 eyes and is singing Beauty and the Beast. She also wants her pointer finger to be a pen. Now that would be handy. Nobody mind the girls giggling on the back seat while everyone else is asleep. We might be losing it. Only 4 hours until we have to wake up to catch our next flight. Wish us luck. Next stop Rome! London we will be back for you. We couldn’t be happier.
