This has been Mandas dream forever. She even wanted to make the parentals come early just to see this breathtaking view, so when we got the schedule update that our trip would take us there her life was made. And it was even better than she imagined. No words can describe how beautiful this place is. Things we have learned:
No matter how tired you are and how much your feet hurt you absolutely need to walk the trail along the coast. It is life changing
If there is no room in the train, just go ahead and try to stuff some more people in there- we don't need air to breathe
Stay behind the yellow line- the train is flying and you might die
Make sure your camera batteries are charged. You really could take pictures for days (even if they don't do it justice)
The coast is amazing-straight off of Pinterest
Mel compares the sandwiches to subway- there is no comparison. Yay for Italian food
